a bilingual b2b site with french and english canonicals competing against each other, quality scores held down by thin data, and a team that needed to run the thing themselves rather than keep paying somebody to run it for them.
the handover was an operating system, not a document. named folders, a weekly routine, and the decisions written down in the place the work happens. the point of the engagement was to become unnecessary.
topical and structural rather than split by intent. each piece carries a heading structure that answers the question it claims to answer, a faq block, and schema that matches what is actually on the page.
